Burnout is the symptom… not the problem.
I equip leaders to recognize and interrupt the organizational patterns driving burnout, turnover, and cultural decline.
Organizations don't set out to exhaust their best people.
But many do, for the same underlying reasons, in the same predictable sequence. Most leaders recognize burnout only after performance drops, trusted employees leave, or the culture begins to fracture. By then, the visible symptoms have often been developing for years.
I help leaders recognize those patterns earlier — and intervene before they become turnover, disengagement, and cultural decline.
Is your organization creating the conditions for burnout?
The Intent–Impact Index™ is a free 2-minute diagnostic that scores whether your organization is unintentionally designed to exhaust its people. Worth taking whether you lead the system or work inside it — the pattern is diagnosable either way.

Your best people don’t burn out by accident
When your best people are the first to go
The people most committed to the work often compensate first. They absorb ambiguity, carry invisible responsibility, and protect the system from its own strain — until they disengage or leave.
When strategy never reaches practice
A thoughtful strategy cannot take hold when day-to-day roles, decisions, and relational patterns keep pulling people back toward chronic overfunctioning and reactive work.
When values stop showing up in culture
When stated values and lived experience diverge, employees are left carrying the contradiction. Over time, that gap erodes trust, meaning, and sustainable engagement.
Bring this work to your organization
1. See the pattern
Before jumping to make change, we identify the structural and relational dynamics producing the outcomes you're seeing - and name what's actually driving them.
2. Understand what’s driving it
Together, we examine how those patterns became embedded, how they replicate, and where intervention would be most beneficial .
3. Change the system
From there, we focus on practical organizational changes that interrupt the pattern, not just treat its symptoms.

Meet Ashley Gibson
I began my career with the original team behind Hamilton before its Broadway transfer, then spent 13 years in marketing leadership on high-stakes teams. Later, in psychotherapy practice, I began seeing the same organizational patterns from a different vantage point: good people, clear values, and meaningful work repeatedly producing the same forms of strain.
That intersection led me to develop the Maladaptive Organizational Copy Process™ (MOCP), a framework for understanding how organizational patterns become embedded — and how they can be changed. Today, I help leaders recognize burnout before its consequences become irreversible.
