Ready to bridge the gap?

Meaning in Practice (MIP) helps mission-driven leaders understand why their organizations are structurally failing their people. If you are ready to move beyond "wellness toolkits" and address the systemic design failures causing burnout, let's connect.

Schedule an Intro Exploration

The most direct way to explore a potential engagement is through a 20-minute pre-screening call. We will use this time to identify the systemic friction points in your organization and determine if a MIP intervention - whether through speaking, facilitation, or a deep-dive assessment - is the right fit.

Looking for therapy?

While my work at Meaning in Practice is clinically informed, it is distinct from my clinical therapy practice. MIP does not offer clinical therapy or mental health treatment. If you are seeking individual therapy (EMDR, ACT, or trauma-informed care), I am accepting new clients at Healing Water Psychotherapy and have a wait list at Westhampton Family Psychologists, both in the Richmond area.
